Enrollment Information
To begin the enrollment process, please fill out the "Enroll Now" form to submit an online enrollment application. Upon receipt of this form, we will contact you regarding the next steps to set up a tour and enroll your child if there is space. We usually respond to these requests via e-mail, so please enter an e-mail address you check regularly. If you are enrolling two or more children, simply fill out information for one of them on the form to the right, and when we contact you, let us know you are looking to enroll more than one child.
If you would like to save yourself a step and download our full enrollment packet to bring in when you visit our building, please click the link below the enrollment form. If you are unable to print, please visit our campus to obtain a copy. Discovery Academy cannot hold a place until all the necessary paperwork has been turned in to the school office.
The school accepts applications for enrollment throughout the school year, during which any resident of Lucas and its connected counties may apply. Students are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis. The academy does not charge tuition nor discriminates in admissions policies or practices on the basis of intellectual or athletic ability, measures of achievement or aptitude, or status.
